Sean and his team were certainly great. Sean’s strategy for selling our home was tailored to OUR home in OUR neighborhood, something other realtor’s we interviewed lacked, as they pitched a strategy based on city-wide trends. As someone who is skeptical of of the value proposition of listing agents, Sean and his team were a good example of how a well informed strategy and execution can maximize returns. I also generally dislike sales pitches and window-dressing features and services, but Sean was frank, honest, and straightforward.
