When Sean first started in real estate, almost 20 years ago, he recognized that it was a crowded space. With so many agents to choose from, why would someone want to work with him? As he mulled this important question over, he took to walking his new puppy around the neighbourhood.

As it turned out, he wasn’t able to get much thinking done on these walks – having his pup with him made him an instant magnet for neighbours and friends. He quickly won the hearts of all the dog lovers in the area, and made an important realization: puppies make people approachable.

Approachable was exactly what he wanted to be as a real estate agent. Someone who you can know and trust with a big moment in your life. Someone who will be straight with you, who you can easily talk to. So Sean became “the guy with the dog”.
