SEAN McCANN
Broker
For Sean, real estate is a lifestyle rather than a job. He has a passion to succeed, strong business ethics, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. Sean is a master negotiator and his stats prove that, but he also deeply cares about his clients. His ability to identify and articulate a home’s unique value proposition and to tell its story has made Sean invaluable in the home selling process.
Sean works with buyers and sellers all over the Ottawa region, with a special focus on Westboro. Sean knows Westboro – it’s where he lives, works, and plays and where he feels his most authentic.
Sean compliments his busy days with family time, a healthy dose of exercise, and developing his inner foodie (cooking, entertaining, sampling Ottawa’s inspired venues). Always open to trying new adventures, his passions include cycling, skiing, cars, motor sports, cigars, fashion, and did we mention cars? On and off the racetrack – he is driven!
VALERIE HOLLYER

Valerie takes charge of our marketing, paperwork and day-to-day operations. She is our behind-the-scenes task master…making sure that everything is running smoothly, so that the front line can do what they do best. When you work with Valerie, your entire home selling or buying journey is organized from beginning to end. With her eagle-eye attention to detail and affinity for acquiring all the pertinent information, rest assured that you are in the best of hands.
Valerie came to us from the Ottawa Real Estate Board, and now enjoys the fast-paced work of being part of a successful real estate team. She has a Communications degree from Carleton University and a Public Relations diploma from Algonquin College.
Born and raised in Ottawa, she lives with her husband, young son, and her lovable Irish Doodle in Ottawa’s west-end. Valerie enjoys spending time in the kitchen, trying new recipes and cooking for her family, which is usually enjoyed with a nice glass of wine.

As a licensed concierge, Julia specializes in curating a custom experience for every client. With Julia’s keen eye and attention to even the smallest of details, you receive top quality service at all times.
Julia thrives on learning new things, problem solving, and anticipating challenges. Helping people in real estate has grown to be her greatest passion and she treats every client in a way that she would treat her own family by being an advocate and making people feel special. She truly understands that buying and selling real estate is a huge life event for every client and it is important to her that she is there for you every step of the way!
Although she started her career in real estate while living on Georgian Bay, she was born and raised in Kanata and now calls Westboro home. Aside from putting her real estate expertise to use, Julia loves watching live music shows, trying new vegan foods, and spending time with her family. She lives for life’s simple pleasures, and nothing makes her happier than to laugh.

THE STORY BEHIND “THE GUY WITH THE DOG”
When Sean first started in real estate, almost 20 years ago, he recognized that it was a crowded space. With so many agents to choose from, why would someone want to work with him? As he mulled this important question over, he took to walking his new puppy around the neighbourhood.
As it turned out, he wasn’t able to get much thinking done on these walks – having his pup with him made him an instant magnet for neighbours and friends. He quickly won the hearts of all the dog lovers in the area, and made an important realization: puppies make people approachable.
Approachable was exactly what he wanted to be as a real estate agent. Someone who you can know and trust with a big moment in your life. Someone who will be straight with you, who you can easily talk to. So Sean became “the guy with the dog”.
