Sean and the team is the best real estate agent we have worked with. They are outstanding. In the current difficult house market, with their experience, knowledge and great negotiation skills, they have helped us to sell our house successfully. They are also very kind and customer-oriented. When we had different thoughts, they were always willing to listen to us and do some adjustments accordingly if it's necessary. We would work with Sean and the team again if we need help of a real estate agent next time. Also we'd highly recommend Sean and the team to home sellers and buyers in Ottawa area!

Sean, Julia and Valerie were great in supporting our first house purchase. It went MUCH faster than we had expected (first house we saw & first offer), so honestly only complaint is we didn't get more time looking at houses with the team! Sean was super knowledgable on things to look out for in the home & walked us through everything when we viewed it.
Julia and Valerie were super helpful & knowledgable in the craziness after the offer was accepted, walking us through everything we weren't prepared to do so soon haha. We really appreciated their prompt support on emails & messages.

I cannot get over how impressed I was with the service I received from Sean and his team at "The Guy with the Dog".
Prior to discovering the team at The Guy with the dog, my experience with real estate agents wasn't very positive, and in a few cases it was awful.
Sean is Uber calm and has a very keen eye for things that might pose problems to potential buyers. He also keeps abreast of market trends, and his wealth of experience and knowledge is evident.
Julia provides outstanding customer service from beginning to end. I really appreciated her reminder messages for all the things that need to be done to organize a smooth moving process, including post move! Never once did I feel left in the dark about anything!
Last, but not least is Valerie! Valerie works in the background making sure all the i's are dotted, and t's are crossed. She also monitors all correspondence to ensure that my messages were responded to with lightning speed.
