Hello from our Wellington office! October was a huge month as we continued to see an upward trend in the number of homes sold, even tighter inventory, and bolstered sale prices. Inventory is challenging right now and cause for the changing market. No matter what happens in the next two months, we’re on track for a very solid finish to the year!
