While the drop in volume of new listings is typical for November, our inventory, at one month’s supply, is much lower than it should be. Prediction: as long as inventory is where it is, we’re not going to see any relief on prices any time soon. Sorry buyers…. However, with a qualified Realtor in your corner, you CAN be successful.
