Active listings are up, months of inventory is slowly rising, prices remain strong and we’re starting to see a little rebalance, but we’re still very much in an extreme sellers’ market. With this slight easing, marketing strategies may begin to change – where it’s not absolutely certain that every house is going to get 10 offers – and list prices may become more level with actual market value.
