A bit of a balance is returning to the market as a result of increased inventory. Sellers aren’t holding all the cards anymore, giving buyers more choices and a little bit of breathing room. Sellers are still chasing the peak sale prices from March, that may not be duplicated again. This market keeps me up at night!
