Much different from last year where our “typical” spring market showed up in the late summer, we’re seeing a totally normal August in terms of sales volume. Don’t be fooled by the slight increase in inventory levels over last year though, we are still very much in a robust sellers’ market and could possibly see a resurgence of activity this month.
